Coil Basket Weaving

Join us for this one-day workshop where you will use pine needles, embroidery floss and yarn to make a coil basket. Katie will also talk about how she prepares plant fibers for basketmaking, then guide the class in making a basket of your own design. Beginners are welcome for this introduction to weaving techniques, many of which can be used with other fiber types.
