Springtime Needle Felting
Description

Learn how to create a landscape entirely out of wool in this beginner-level workshop! You will be introduced to the process of needle felting and guided step-by-step as you create needle felted meadows full of flowers.
For this project, we'll be using a sheet of pure wool felt as the canvas. Colorful bits of soft wool will then be attached using a felting needle. You will learn how to create different flower shapes and be able to select from a rainbow of colored wool to make a felted meadow that is uniquely yours. We'll complete our meadows by framing them in 4" wood embroidery hoops, so they will be ready to take home and display.
This is a beginner-friendly felting workshop. That being said, fine motor skills, specifically an ability to hold and use a sharp needle for 2-3 hours, is required.
