Adult Centerboard Sailing Clinic, 4 - 7 pm, June 28, 2021

This three-hour class is designed for students who have some small boat sailing experience and would like to further develop their skills. Each class will start with a brief chalk talk and end with a short debrief on land. Students will sail on a stable Catalina Capri centerboard sailboat with three other adult students on the Rondout Creek and Hudson River. A US Sailing-Certified instructor will coach from a nearby safety boat. Covid-19 safety protocols will be followed. Class will meet outdoors, students and instructors will wear face coverings, and equipment will be sanitzied frequently. 

*Instructor/Student ratio is 1:4. 

Prerequisite: Adult Basic Centerboard Boat Sailing with Capsize Practice or its Equivalent (Permission of Director or Instructor Required)

Tuition $65 General Registration, $60 HRMM Individual Member Registration, $55 HRMM Household Member Registration

Students may register for multiple sections of this class.
