COVID PRECAUTIONS
Safety of our students, staff, and volunteers is our top priority. As the date of a class approaches, we will evaluate guidance and restrictions and reach out to our students if there is anything that will affect their experience. We list current COVID guidance and restrictions on the Sailing School's homepage at www.hrmm.org/sailing-school

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
We wish to accommodate everyone, but participants need to be physically able to participate in our sailing classes. Students will need to walk unassisted down a wobbly dock and lift their legs two feet high to step over lifelines when boarding boats. Sailing is a sport and requires some agility and quick reflexes. If you are unsure whether you can handle these physical requirements, please reach out to our Sailing Program Director at jsterling@hrmm.org to discuss.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refunds will be offered for cancellations that occur 30 days or more before a program's registration deadline (if no deadline, the first day of the program). Cancellations between 30 and 7 days will be offered a 50% refund or credit toward another class. Cancellations after the registration deadline or within 7 days of the first day of class (whichever comes first) will not be refunded.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Our youth sailing program runs every day, regardless of the weather. We sail in light rain and a variety of wind conditions. If the weather is dangerous, we will stay ashore and do fun sailing-related activities, learning games, etc.
