Shaker Tape Stool
The Shakers preferred to use tape on the seats and backs of stools and chairs for durability and strength. Come join us for this class to explore the historic art of building furniture and weaving the seat. You will build your own shaker stool and weave the seat with 100% cotton shaker tape. In this class, you will assemble the stool and then weave the seat of the stool with cotton tape.
